Paul Stubbs, Owner
Paul was born and raised in Red Bluff, California. A graduate of Shasta College and Biola University, he worked in retail management for 24 years. In 2004, he crossed paths with Jim Monson of Monson Drapery Contract Services. With Jim looking towards retirement and Paul toward self-employment, they joined paths until Paul secured his contractor’s license for window coverings in 2007. After this, Paul took the reigns of the business and re-named it North State Blinds & Draperies
Paul has been married to LaDeanne (DeGraw) since 1980 and together they have two fantastic children: Jeremy who is a computer engineer and Amberle who is an elementary school teacher.
